Plyboo Durapalm®
Vertical Grain Durapalm Plywood
Pictures:
Durapalm is engineered from plantation grown coconut palms. Abundant throughout much of the world, Palm trees produce nuts for up to 80 years, and are then removed and replaced. Smith & Fong procures this post industrial waste to produce flooring and sheet goods. Coconut palm lumber can vary greatly in color and density. Smith and Fong uses only the hard, dark palm for their superior look and durability. With a natural mahogany-like color and distinctive grain, Durapalm is ideal for retail, hospitality and residential applications or anywhere that a warm, inviting and exotic look is desired while still remaining environmentally responsible.
